Meet the Mindful Menu Team
We are a group of like-minded women who love food, wellness and getting dinner on the table fuss free. We created this business of simplified meal planning from a need we found in our own lives. We come from a background of nurses, teachers and a registered dietitian. As mothers, wives and health coaches, we are aware of the need to deliver a consistent meal plan, shopping list and a prep schedule for our clientele. We hope Mindful Menu will be your long-term solution to healthy living in the kitchen.
Jenna is a former elementary school teacher of 8 years. She is a mom to 3 girls 3 and under, a wife and a health and wellness coach. She is embracing the chaos and so grateful to be home with her girls. When she gets a few moments to herself, she enjoys decorating.
Breanna is pediatric intensive care unit RN and fitness coach. Her most important role is being a wife and raising her two boys with another baby boy on the way. She loves to bake, travel and enjoy the Minnesota seasons.
Acacia is a group fitness instructor at LifeTime, a former teacher and has a background in teaching dance. She has 3 young kids and enjoys running, listening to podcasts and anything crafty. She also enjoys blogging about Mindful Menu and health and fitness topics.
Kayla is a 3rd grade teacher and is married to her high school sweetheart. She has a cockapoo named Oliver and loves traveling to new places. While she is skilled at planning meals and app design, she is very cooking challenged. She has even been known to burn minute rice!
Malia is a former kindergarten teacher, a wife and mom of three little ones who always keep her on the go! She enjoys family time, art projects with her kids, getting her “me time” workouts in and trying out new healthy recipes!
